Is Vitamin D a COVID Killer?

One of the greatest methods of prevention under the sun

If you had to name one of the greatest natural medicines known to mankind, what would it be? Here’s a hint: It’s not a vaccine. But it’s free, readily available and possibly as beneficial to your health as food and exercise.

Vitamin D is produced when sunlight reaches your skin. It inhibits an astounding number of diseases, including covid-19. Yet many leading experts downplay its preventative abilities.

Perhaps no other supplement affects human health as much as vitamin D. Your body converts it into a hormone (calcitriol) that can affect more than 1,200 genes in your body, according to the National Institute of Health.

You produce vitamin D by gaining a proper amount of sun exposure. This natural “wonder drug” helps dramatically reduce cancer deaths and 90 other serious health problems.

But many people are deficient in vitamin D. Paranoid dermatologists have spread a phobia of sun exposure. Because of this, and because of our generally sedentary lifestyle, many people spend too much time indoors. More than 3 in 4 people have deficient vitamin D blood levels of 20 nanograms per milliliter or less.

Imagine running your car and never bringing it in for scheduled maintenance like oil changes. That’s the equivalent of neglecting vitamin D. You will run fine for a while, but then significant problems will develop as you lose the protection it provides.

You can ingest vitamin D through fatty fish, egg yolk, cheese, cod liver oil and beef liver. However, dietary levels are insufficient to meet your needs. The most natural way to receive enough vitamin D is sun exposure. During the winter months, when sun exposure is minimal, another option is to take 4,000 to 5,000 IU per day of a quality vitamin D supplement.

Perhaps the most pervasive vitamin D myth is that it can be toxic, despite the evidence that such toxicity is an exceedingly rare medical condition. Studies show that only those taking upwards of 50,000 or even 1 million units per day for an extended period even approach the danger zone. When you are out in the sun, your body makes at least 10,000 units of vitamin D within 30 minutes. This is called a minimal erythemal dose.

Many experts say that levels of vitamin D in your blood don’t even measurably rise until you consume 4,000 IU of supplements, an amount that is certainly within reason. This amount of vitamin D helps you reach 40 to 80 nanograms per milliliter. At that level, your body selectively kills infectious agents and prevents many diseases. Almost 90 percent of American adults have vitamin D levels below that range.

So where does all the talk of toxicity spring from? Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that vitamin D may indeed be a covid killer.

Scientists have found that vitamin D actually triggers your immune system’s killer T-cells. Lack of vitamin D leaves T-cells dormant, increasing your risk of sickness, including the risk of covid-19 severity and mortality, reported Science Daily.

Researchers at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation Trust and the University of East Anglia in England compared average vitamin D levels of 20 European countries against covid-19 mortality rates and found “significant relationships” between low levels of the vitamin and covid-19 deaths. Indonesian researchers noted that of those who tested positive for sars-CoV-2 and died, about 98.9 percent were vitamin D deficient (below 20 nanograms per milliliter).

Pooled data shows abundant evidence proving this association, especially with elderly people, where vitamin D deficiency is endemic. The sensible conclusion is that sufficient blood levels of vitamin D (above 40 nanograms per milliliter) reduces your risk of contracting covid-19, reduces the likelihood that it will be a severe case, and reduces your risk of dying from it—especially from the virus’s killing mechanism, according to Northwestern University.

Google suppresses many studies pointing to the effectiveness of vitamin D against the coronavirus. This physically harms people by increasing hospitalizations and mortality rates.

Why suppress such information? It’s no secret that Google’s parent company, Alphabet, has been on an aggressive hunt for health data, creating patient profiles against which they can advertise healthcare products. Meanwhile, Google’s investment arm is also directly invested in the AstraZeneca/Oxford covid vaccine. When these executives censor information about the benefit of vitamin D and other natural measures against covid-19, they are censoring information that threatens their profits.

We are seeing a virus information monopoly, a massive misinformation campaign about vitamin D toxicity, a dragnet to catch your health data, promotion of vaccines that have reportedly caused more than 12,000 deaths in the United States alone, and an overall trend toward public health totalitarianism.

The past year of lockdowns have done tremendous damage to our national health. Enacted to supposedly protect our immune system from the covid virus, the move was instead devastatingly unhealthy as the public failed to get sufficient sunshine and vitamin D.

While billions of people willingly offer up their health in return for a vaccine that may actually make the cure worse than the disease, you can soak up proper amounts of vitamin D instead as a powerful covid-19 deterrent, just as your Creator designed you to. It’s simple, free and amazingly effective, with no fine print or adverse effects.
